These guys are busy, and took almost 2 days to get back to me. They told me it takes a little longer to ship because they roast on demand, not in advance. I was perfectly ok with that and the coffee is nothing less than very good. I would like to see some organic options, that's really important to me. I took this with me to my daughters for Thanksgiving. They loved it.
